Disc log readers registered by plugins should have access to the PluginApi

      PluginApi.register_disc_log_reader allows registering a callback function for CD ripper log processing.

      Other such callback function receive the PluginApi as first parameter. register_disc_log_reader should behave the same.

      Also for forward compatibility it would be good to pass pathlib.Path instead of str.
