When ListenBrainz submission is enabled but the user token is invalid, batch submission fails with HTTP 401 and retries indefinitely every 2 minutes, hammering the API:

Cause: ListenQueue._on_submit_batch_response only logs on error and lets the timer re-fire; it does not distinguish permanent errors from transient ones (unlike _on_submit_listen_response, which only retries on 401/429/5xx and gives
up otherwise). A 401 "invalid token" is effectively permanent until the user fixes the token.

Fix (proposal): stop the retry timer on a permanent authorization failure (and/or apply backoff / a max retry count), so an invalid token does not cause an endless 2-minute retry loop.
