In Options > General, when an unofficial MusicBrainz server is configured, the "Submit data to the configured server" checkbox (inside the warning box) does not show a visible checkmark when checked. Clicking it toggles the state, but the indicator is not clearly visible, so it is unclear whether the option is enabled. Most noticeable with the dark theme.
