sqlite3 is part of the Python standard library, but Picard does not import it, so PyInstaller does not bundle the sqlite3 module or its native _sqlite3 extension in the packaged builds (macOS .app, Windows, portable). As a result, a plugin doing import sqlite3 works from source but fails in packaged builds.
Add sqlite3 to hiddenimports in picard.spec (main app and picard-cli analyses) so SQLite is available to plugins (and to Picard itself if we decide to use it in the future).
