macOS dock shows different app icon when Picard is running

      After the app is launched the app icon changes to the default icon used on other platforms, instead of using the macOS specific icon.

      This is due to QWindow.setIcon also affecting the dock icon with Qt6. See https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/appicon.html
