Tree selector in Options window is partially obscured, pane too narrow

      When opening the Options window, the selector pane is too narrow to display the full titles of the different elements. While there is a resizer, there are only three "snap points" to choose from: closed/hidden, partially obscured (the bug being reported) and fully open (selector pane occupies full window).

      Screenshots illustrating this behavior have been attached.
