Customised "Various Artists" name is not working for album artist in Picard 0.15+

      During investigation for PICARD-1 noticed the same issue applies to custom various artists. album.py:97 looks for musicbrainz_artistid whereas this is now not set at the release/releasegroup level. It should look for musicbrainz_albumartistid.
