still having the same issue. I received the email saying the problem was fixed but when I tried to enter my credentials I was denied.And then when I tried to log on here to post something I found out my screename (Logos A) was invalid,and then when I had my user name sent to me it was (logos) yet I could log on with neither.so I had to create an account as (logos a) just to repost my issue which was not resolved from this post
