On high-resolution / high DPI displays, Picard's GUI is scaled wrong

Using a Yoga 2 laptop, my screen resolution is 3200 x 1800, and in Display Settings, "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" is set to "250% (Recommended)", which is the default. When I open MusicBrainz Picard and load an album, the table at the bottom of the window listing all the tag fields is scaled wrong: Each table row is too small to contain the text inside it, so it's mostly illegible. Additionally, the gold disc icons next to album and track names in the two main listing panes are not scaled up, so they are very tiny and hard to see whether they are gold or silver.

If I change the scaling setting ("Change the size of text, apps, and other items"), all of Picard scales down, so it doesn't fix it. And if I go into Properties on the Picard icon and check "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings", nothing changes when I relaunch the app.

It's not a dealbreaker but it makes it a pain to use and read things! Hopefully a quick fix in the display constants.
