The new version of Picard will probably be released some time in February. Previous releases have sometimes been a bit sudden, so translations have not always been up to date. Can we get something like:
1. A string freeze about a week before the planned release, with updated language files on Transifex?
2. A translation deadline very shortly before the actual release?

I’m not saying there should be some kind of detailed release schedule, but a little bit of planning should help a lot.
