Move Options/Advanced/Scripting to Options/Scripting

      For anyone who does scripting, it is a right pain to have to open the Advanced Tree item to get to the Scripting options page.

      I would suggest that either:

      a. We move Scripting to the top level; or

      b. We do away with Advanced altogether, rename the Advanced page something else (File Loading?) and move the sub-options to the top level.
