Amazon art not downloading but appears on MB release webpage

      Some releases don't get Amazon cover art downloaded despite the fact that the same release displays cover art fine on the MB web site.

      Both images return only 43 bytes containing:

      R0lGODlhAQABAIABAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==

      The MB release web page uses https://images-eu.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/61%2BdV12NPiL.jpg

      So, no idea why the Picard URLs send rubbish, or where the MB web site gets its image URL from.
