Support indexed search of genres

      We support genres in MusicBrainz Server for ages now (now including aliases, annotations) but we still don't properly support them in MusicBrainz Solr.

      P.S. This ticket doesn’t cover supporting genres as search fields, for example to search a recording by genre MBID. That would be a separate feature. Note that it is already possible to search by genre name through the search field `tag`.
