Set artist credit's MBID in XML/JSON search results

      Since MBS-11456, artist-credits are provided MBIDs too, these should be set, in XML as "id" attribute to "artist-credit" elements, in JSON as "artist-credit-id" key at the same level as the "artist-credit" key. See also MBS-12367.
