Radio plays and similar “story” releases often feature people responsible for making sounds that enhance the story, such as footsteps and doors closing (see Wikipedia sound effect and Foley).

It would be nice to have a proper way to credit this. It isn’t an instrument, but I’m not sure if it fits in production or performance.
