      I can't find any sources indicating that these are different genres.

      Originally there was "rhythmic noise" on MB (it probably started after https://www.discogs.com/style/rhythmic%2Bnoise), and a few months ago "power noise" was also added as a separate genre.
      Wikipedia and the description on discogs indicate that these are interchangeable terms for the same genre.
