Re-classify main formats and "Other" formats based on longstanding usage

      3 things that jump out from https://musicbrainz.org/statistics/formats

      1. USB Flash Drive (Other) at #31 is far more common than SD card (Main) at #66, so I think they should be swapped.
      2. HD-DVD (Main) is barely used at #78, and lost the format war against Blu-ray (Main) at #18, so I think HD-DVD should be moved under Other.
      3. Apparently, "CDV" (Main) should be moved under LaserDisc (Other)
