add SoundCloud genres as a genre-URL relationship

      SoundCloud does use a mobile-specific subdomain (m.soundcloud.com), but I believe the subdomain can simply be removed, and the link will still work.

      also, SoundCloud tags don't seem to be case sensitive, if that's important.
