Add 'Digi-Sleeve' to packaging

      Currently, the packaging option "Digisleeve" is missing. It is similar to Digipack, but instead of a plastic tray, it includes a sleeve where the CD is inserted. It is quite a common packaging option in Metal music apparently, so it would be great to have this option.
