It seems there are quite a lot of (new) editors who are unaware that videos should be entered as their own recordings. Audio-only recordings should also not have video specific relationships or external links or vice versa.

The UI is also not very helpful in that regard as it allows adding for example YouTube video links or video relationships to recordings that aren't videos.
