There isn't currently a "price" issue linked to MBS-8393 (and it might be implementable in a different way), so it seems worthwhile to create a dedicated issue for it.  Most, if not all, Official-status releases are likely to have a MSRP.  One of the biggest shortcomings of MusicBrainz Release Collections is that people can't track either the value of their collection in MSRP, nor the price they actually paid for their collection.

In the past, CDs tended to be locked to single countries or focused groups of countries (e.g., Austria/Germany, Australia/New Zealand, Greater China).  Releases with more than one country might have price tags in multiple currencies.  Some way of storing both the numeric value (some currencies are whole numbers, others have fixed decimal points) and the unit would be needed.

I think the only way this makes sense is as a (probably free text?) entity attribute, so I moved it to STYLE. I certainly don't see us adding a separate database table for it, anyway, so not a schema change.
