OC ReMix changed single quotes to double quotes:

• on artist pages in 2014 (between 19-May & 28-May), 
• on ReMix pages in 2016 (between 30-Jun & 25-Jul), 
• on YouTube in 2016 (starting with OCR03384 on 7-Jul),
• on their FAQ in 2022 (between 15-Apr & 27-May). 

The current recommendation on ocremix.org's FAQ is

Double quotes better align with the source (ocremix.org), and other MB Guidelines recommend curly quotes over their ASCII counterparts. I propose that the MB Guidelines for OC ReMixes be updated to use curly double quotes:

OC ReMix recordings in the db currently vary between straight single, straight double curly single, and curly double quotes. I haven't tallied them up, but I see curly double quotes most often. If we update the MB Guidelines to curly double quotes, less work would need to be done to reach standardization. (This isn't meant as justification, just information I thought relevant to include.)
