https://musicbrainz.org/relationship/45a18e5d-b610-412f-acfc-c43ca835c24f is supposed to refer to music releases, not names and logos.  Auto-Editors have actually used "licensed from" to refer to things like the ownership of the Sony logo and the ownership of the BMG logo:

"SONY" and "BMG", as used in the name "SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT", and in the SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT logo, are trademarks of, and are used under license from, Sony Corporation and Bertelsmann AG, respectively.

That's clearly not what the relationship was intended to be used for, and the guidelines should say so since it's not obvious to even Auto-Editors.
