Liner notes of ‏70 השירים הגדולים של כל הזמנים say track 4 in CD1 (a cover recording) was recorded in dedication to עפרה חזה but there doesn't seem to be a way to make that relationship.
As noted in this forum thread this can be useful for live performances where someone might say, ‘This one’s for so and so’.
