      Proposed genre: brazilian hip hop
Suggested alias: rap nacional (the standard term in Brazil)

Definition: Hip hop from Brazil, performed in Portuguese. Covers the full range of the national scene, including boom bap, conscious, and trap styles.

Rationale: No Brazil-specific hip hop genre currently exists. Brazilian rap can only be tagged with generic genres (hip hop, boom bap, trap). "trap latino" refers to Spanish-language Latin trap and doesn't fit. The name follows existing genres: brazilian bass, brazilian phonk.
