According to http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/index.php?title=Style%2FRelease&diff=67796&oldid=43928 the Release/Language and script style has never been updated to acknowledge the existence of NGS - specifically, that releases no longer consist just of "track titles" but now have artist credits. (Most editors are looking at the release as a whole anyway, not just the "release title" and the "track titles", which is the same position of http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/Release#Language)

Creating a style issue because some editors are actively ignoring the artist credits when determining the language and script of the entire release.
