Style/English is very old (dating back to 2001) and it shows. I'll be moving the huge, first-person Rationale section to the talk page, and reorganising the rest of the guideline into (what I consider at least) a more readable structure. Not actually changing anything in the guideline itself though, except for STYLE-514.
