Clarify the soundtrack guidelines stance on VA usage

      At the moment, https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Style/Specific_types_of_releases/Soundtrack#Release says '(except when "Various Artists" is used, see below)', but VA is not mentioned anymore later on. It's not clear what's meant by this.
