Here are work attributes for traditional ottoman/turkish compositions.

There are 3 different attributes. They should be named

• Makam (Ottoman, Turkish)
• Form (Ottoman, Turkish)
• Usul (Ottoman, Turkish)

This is the same format that we used for Carnatic attributes.

Turkish sorting rules are as follows:
a, b, c, ç, d, e, f, g, ğ, h, ı, i, j, k, l, m, n, o, ö, p, r, s, ş, t, u, ü, v, y, z
The lists that I've added are already sorted. If possible, they should be left in this order, or sorted according to tr-TR
