Specify that tribute albums are cover albums

      STYLE-481 is asking for "dedication" for RGs, but right now tribute is confusingly wide and would seem to include simple dedications too. The general understanding of a "tribute album" is a cover album (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tribute_album) so we should make that more clear.
