Add "ticketing" URL relationships for Artist, Label, Event, Place, and Series

      Bandsintown, Eventfinda (NZ), Live Nation (US), Ticketmaster... all of these platforms have more in common with online stores than white-listed databases. They usually offer data limited in many ways: mostly around events, often country-specific, not always designed for long term. It might be worth to add new URL relationships dedicated to ticketing websites. It would neatly complement existing "purchase" (music) relationships.
