As was discussed on Discourse recently (https://community.metabrainz.org/t/convertible-venues-one-or-more-place-entities/342598/), some venues are structured so as to be convertible from one venue type to another. Sometimes there are alternate names for different configurations.
Examples:
Brick Breeden Fieldhouse has alternative configuration Theatre at the Brick
The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory has three alternate configurations: Intimate Theater, Indoor Theater and Boutique Amphitheater
