Possibly only really useful in conjunction with MBS-11986, but it would be great to be able to mass mark a number of given accounts as spam accounts. There are a couple of e-mail domains that have only been used by spammers, but they’ve made too many accounts to reasonably go through by hand.

This could possibly be done by extending MBS-11866 to allow setting flags alternatively to outright deleting.
