After marking an account as a spammer it may still be useful to be able to access things like what IP addresses they’ve used, the one-click e-mail search, dates of creations/last login and possibly other things.

I don’t know if this should be a new tab or just maybe shown directly on the profile page for people with account admin flag? Or maybe hidden behind a link (which could e.g. go to "?admin=1" or something). Idk what the best approach would be for this, but it would be nice to get access to this again.
