Automatic recording times : add weight to TOC and official releases

      This was maybe too complex to be included in MBS-2021.
      As MusicBrainz history is tied to DiscID/TOC and as they mean correct data from physical releases, I think it would be nice to include JonnyJD's proposal into the compute :

      In the sorted_lengths[len(sorted_lengths)/2] that is used, add one duplicate entry if

      • this duration comes from a DISCID
      • this duration comes from an official release

      (that makes 3 entries instead of 1 if it comes from an TOC attached to an official release)
