OLD TITLE: Picard no longer opens multiple windows/instances

I can't figure out in which version this was changed in as I haven't used Picard in a while but I looked through the logs and it now looks like this is an intended feature (I: 18:02:05,633 tagger.main:1541: Sending messages to main instance: ['LOAD...).

Please change this back. My entire workflow revolves around having multiple instances of Picard open at once. Better yet, make this functionality editable in the settings.

UPDATE (from bug report to feature request):

      • single instance mode refers to what Picard (as of version 2.9.1) does currently where it checks if an instance of Picard is already running and then feeds it a LOAD command everytime you right-click on an audio file or folder containing audio files and select "Open with MusicBrainz Picard"
      • multi-instance mode refers to what Picard used to do (around version 2.7.4 I think) where every individual file or group of files / folder opens in a new instance of Picard when you select "Open with MusicBrainz Picard"
