Provide a tool to submit acousticbrainz data from online streaming services (spotify, apple music, etc.)

      I started using Picard to submit acousticbrainz data with MP3s that I have but I think it would be nice to have a tool (Picard or something else) that could submit acousticbrainz data from online streaming services. That way I could submit stuff that I listen to (not only from the mp3 I have).
