Added by a bot in 2014, so far it's the only area with this name in MB. Looking at the edit note it left as well as the type of area it set ("City"), I think that it's safe to assume it meant Leskovac, Jablanica but picked up the wrong Wikidata item instead.
So far the area was used only for biographical data (artist birthplaces) and I think it would have been clearly stated as an exceptional case if any of them came from Leskovac, Zaječar which is a village of barely 100+ residents.
