Kemptville is a mid-sized town south of Ottawa, Ontario, and the site of the Kemptville Live Music Festival. (I see from Wikipedia, though, that like so many Ontario communities it's now been folded into a larger municipality, so is technically a "historical community"). I'd like to add this festival, so would like an area to place it in.
