I have an edition of Babel-17 (1972, Gregg Press Science Fiction Series) that describes itself as "a compete photographic reprint of the 1969 paperback edition published in London by Sphere books."
The gregg press edition has its own frontmatter (half-title, frontispiece, title page, and copyright page), plus an introduction. That introduction is followed by the full frontmatter from the sphere books edition (and the main text, obviously). It seems like that's a different sort of relationship than a new print run of the same edition, which could also be described as a reprint. probably need some clarification around that, or different wording.
