Currently, it is not possible to indicate that two countries that have the same primary language may know a work by a different title. As a result, for example, work <https://bookbrainz.org/work/68c5e133-bc0f-4ecf-83f4-00b2ac23b968> (Our Man in Havana) cannot clearly indicate which of its two Portuguese aliases is used in Brazil (Nosso homem em Havana) and which is used in Portugal (O Nosso Agente em Havana).
This is particularly important in light of BB-158, which, if implemented, would require that only one of these two Portuguese aliases could be chosen as the primary alias for that language.
A similar example would be "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's/Sorceror's Stone" which is known by different names in the United States and Great Britain, although that is a more ambiguous case, since the texts include other localization differences.
