"Add" menu in navbar shouldn't close after a click

      I want to create ten new works for this anthology I'm trying to enter. Currently, that means clicking Create, then Create work (to be opened in new tab), then the menu closes, again Create, again Create work, etc. In MB I could just Ctrl+Click "Create work" 10 times, which takes around three times shorter at least.
