Cleanup script for unilaterally deleted entities

      Up until PR #412, deleting an entity A that had a relationship to entity B left a relationship to "unnamed" on entity B.

      The goal is to create a clean up script to deal with those relationships to 'deleted' entities (entities where the master revision has a null dataId).

      This tool could be implemented in https://github.com/bookbrainz/bookbrainz-utils or be a standalone sql script in /sql/scripts/
