Allow adding free-text annotations on the front-end

      Some time in the past, there must have been a way to add annotations (see the "annotations" table in the database).
      Not sure why it has been removed, but it would be great to 1. display existing annotations on the entities pages and 2. add or edit a text block to allow editors to add annotations (non-required field)
