It would be useful if you could select which entity to merge "into" like in MB - this would effectively change all fields to that of the chosen entity so you wouldn't have to change each individually.
This is useful for situations where for example we merge empty dupes into a completed entry with much correct information.
Naturally you should still be able to edit the individual fields after such selection.
