Annotations have been automatically deleted whenever an entity was edited due to a bug.

Since there was no way to edit (or remove) an annotation in the UI we will assume all default revisions that have no annotation_id and had one.

The goal here is to create an SQL script to set annotation_id to the last known value (if any) on entities' master revision
