When I try to sign up, I get stuck at the page titled "Register". It tells me to select a display name and optionally a gender. After that I should click the green button. There is no green button on this page, just a blue one labeled "Looks good, sign me up!" After clicking on this one, I see a rotating "busy" icon and it doesn't continue (look at the screenshot).  I tried Firefox and Edge and tested it with Chrome on my smartphone. All attempts give the same result.
