There are two parts, the revision overview page (history)
      and the individual revision's pages

As seen from the image there is quite a bit of unused whitespace on the revision history page

The "Revision ID", "User" and "Date" fields make not much sense as columns, these could instead be all on the one line, the most needed space here is the for note - it could likely have a new line all to itself (compare MusicBrainz' edit history pages)

Revision-comments should show on history page and commentary on a revision should be possible from the history page - discussion thread should be visible (collapsible?) from the history page.
Additionally a small revision-diff should be shown on history page.

For revision pages outright here are some ideas. (MusicBrainz example for ref)

      https://beta.bookbrainz.org/revision/13837 :

      • Page should be made clear: in this revision this and this was altered/created/removed/merged
      • Instead of having a second section with linked Works/Editions/Edition-groups, the table with bbids (Relationship: Author) should be links (with names) to these entities
*Same with the Identifiers section, the MBID, wikidata item, etc too should be links
      • It would also be beneficial that sections where better formatted, the item text (VIAF) should be bolded, finally text here should not be centred, text in tables like these are harder to read if not aligned better.
