There are extra space after getting the entity (https://github.com/bookbrainz/bookbrainz-site/blob/c908c2135aaed62c7448977a74ece5c6fd462524/src/client/helpers/entity.tsx#L168)

Although the fix is just removing the space at the end, it will break text rendering in a couple of places so these must also be fixed (they should not have depended on titles' trailing space)
