Allow Setting Language for Annotations and Disambiguations

      As it stands, you can only have one disambiguation/annotation for an entry. If BookBrainz is to be a universal and multilingual hub, there should be an option to set a language for these fields so that there can be different disambiguations/annotations for different languages.
